Ingredients

  • 2 parts Reifel Rye
  • 0.5 parts honey syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Lemonade ice cubes

Equipment

  • Rocks glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Mixing glass (or shaker tin)
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Ice cube tray

Method

  • Prepare lemonade ice cubes by freezing lemonade in ice cube tray ahead of time
  • Add Reifel Rye, honey syrup, and bitters into a shaker tin or mixing glass
  • Add ice and give it a stir for 30 seconds
  • Strain into rocks glass filled with lemonade ice cubes
  • Garnish with lemon twist
