Honey Syrup

Versatile and natural, this honey syrup adds a touch of sweetness to your cocktail recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup of water

Equipment

  • Sauce pan

Method

  • Add honey and water to a small saucepan (over medium heat)
  • Stir until the honey is totally dissolved
  • Let it cool in the pan then pour it into a glass jar and seal it tightly with a lid
  • *syrup will keep for about one month if refrigerated
